From a Sale of Goods / Sale of Land Agreement

Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to purchase,

• the goods as as described in Schedule A (the „Goods”)  OR
• the real property located at 11 Kisvirág utca, H-1111, described in Exhibit B attached hereto (the „Property”), subject to any existing encumbrances, easements, or restrictions of record

in exchange  for a purchase price of HUFxxx, that is xxx Hungarian Forints, under the terms and payment schedule set forth in this Agreement.

From a Lease Agreement

The Landlord hereby rents to the Tenant and the Tenant hereby leases from the Landlord the following areas of the Building as defined in section 1.3 below and indicated on the floor plan attached as Annex 1 (hereinafter: ‘the Floor Plan’) as the Leased Premises for the exclusive use of the Tenant

From an Employment Agreement

The Employer hereby agrees to employ Employee and Employee agrees to be employed by the Employer, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Employment Contract. The Appointment of the Employee shall also be governed by the Rules, Regulations and Policies of the Employer in force from time to time including the Overseas Posting Policy in force at the time of any such posting.
