Guarantee

During the guarantee period, the Supplier shall, at its own cost, ___1___ and diligently repair or replace any Product that proves to be ___2___ in material, workmanship, or performance, or, alternatively, ___3___ the purchase price paid for such defective Product. The Customer shall be entitled to make a claim under this guarantee provided that it notifies the Supplier in writing without ___4___ delay after discovering the defect and grants the Supplier reasonable access, during normal business hours, to ___5___ the Product and verify the existence and nature of the defect.
